We offer a 7+ course tasting menu that reflects the most sustainable & ethical produce available from NSW best farmers. Due to this, we are unable to publish a menu (you also will not receive a menu on the night) but you will receive a list of the farmers the week of your booking.

Whilst we cater to coeliacs, vegetarians, pescatarians, pregnancy, religious restrictions and allergies with atleast 48 hours notice, we do not cater to preferences, vegan, FODMAP or multiple dietaries if we feel alterations to a dish will take away from the perceived experience of that dish or will create food waste. We do not offer a children's menu.
